The New Scarcity Is Orientation
AI can give us more answers than ever—but not necessarily more clarity. Discover why orientation may be the real scarcity of our time and what we’re creating to help you navigate what comes next.

If the old maps have never quite fitted you, this is for you.
You can ask AI almost anything.
Within seconds, it can give you advice, strategies, plans, explanations—and a hundred possible ways forward.
But does having more answers actually make you feel clearer? Or do you sometimes find yourself more overwhelmed, still wondering:
What should I actually do?
What matters to me now?
Why am I stuck?
Which path is mine?
Who am I becoming?
If you have ever felt that the old maps no longer fit—but the endless stream of new advice does not help either—you are not alone.
The challenge of this new era is no longer simply finding information.
It is orientation.
The ability to understand yourself, recognize what is changing, see how the different parts of your life influence one another, and choose a direction that genuinely belongs to you.
This is especially important if you are one of The Weird Ones—someone whose life, mind, ambitions, or way of developing has never fitted neatly into conventional templates.
If the old map never fitted you, another thousand recommendations are unlikely to help.
You do not need more instructions for becoming someone else.
You need a better way to navigate your own life.
And that is what we have been creating behind the scenes. There is much more behind this idea. If it speaks to you, read the full blog post: The New Scarcity Is Orientation.
Introducing Zeta
We are beginning to bring the different pieces of the LifeSpider™ System together into a living personal environment—Your LifeSpider™.
Your LifeSpider™ helps make the architecture of your life visible: the practical Support Legs that help you function and sustain change, and the deeper LifeSpider™ Legs connected to your ego, intentions, mission, LifeProjects, and evolution.
And connected to it will be WeirdNavigator—an adaptive AI coach trained in the LifeSpider™ Coaching Methodology.
Not another chatbot designed to give you clever answers.
Not an algorithm telling you who you should be.
But something that can navigate with you—helping you notice patterns, discover connections, and sometimes find the deeper question underneath the one you thought you were asking.
Your LifeSpider holds and reveals your evolving life architecture. WeirdNavigator helps you navigate it.
We are calling this first stage Zeta because it comes before Beta.
This is not a polished product launch. It is the earliest living version of something that is still becoming what it needs to be.
The Zeta testing circle will be small and handpicked. I am choosing the participants personally, and those invited have already been—or will be—contacted directly by me.
Zeta Testers will not pay to participate. Their contribution will be their time, curiosity, honesty, lived experience, and willingness to explore something unfinished. We will record and review relevant testing sessions internally so we can learn from what actually happens as people use the system—not only from what they tell us afterward.
If you would like to express your interest in becoming a Beta Tester, simply reply to this email. The number of Beta Testers will also be limited, so replying doesn't guarantee a place—but it will let me know you would like to be considered.

A Reminder: Our New Weird Events Structure
First Thursday — Pioneering & Innovation (hosted by me)
A space for the Polymaths of the Weird Ones—the ones carrying ideas not yet invented, products not yet built, and thoughts the world hasn’t caught up to. No matter the field or the form, if you have—or have ever had—something in you that isn’t out there yet, this is the room to bring it into.
Second Thursday — A Safe Space for the Neurodivergent (hosted by Jeffrey J. Delwiche, M.S.)
Jeffrey is an advocate for the neurodivergent, holding a space where the conversation flows freely—carried by positive energy, empathy, and encouragement.
Third Thursday — Time Off / Spontaneous Broadcasts
An open week. Sometimes rest, sometimes a spontaneous broadcast about what we’ve caught in the Web.
For now, I simply wanted you to know:
I may have been quiet, but something has been growing. And I am very excited to begin bringing you into it.

The age of information scarcity may be ending.
The age of human navigation is just beginning.
