AI Makes You Faster. But Not Deeper. Vertical Thinking Changes Everything
Some weeks move so fast that everything starts to sound finished before it has truly been understood. AI can speed things up, but speed is not the same as depth. This week, I want to invite you into something deeper: Vertical Thinking — the ability to go beneath the surface and reach the level where real change begins.

Enter the Vertical, Weird One.
Some weeks pass so quickly that it feels like you barely had time to arrive before they are already over.
This is one of those weeks for me.
And maybe that is why this feels especially important to say right now: AI can make us faster, but faster is not the same as deeper.
That difference matters.
Most people bring AI to the surface problem and get a surface solution back. Better wording. Cleaner structure. Faster output. But often the problem they handed was never the real problem to begin with.
That is where The Weird Ones are different.
Not because we are “better” than everyone else. But because many of us have never been able to stop at the first explanation. We can feel when something has not been fully touched yet. When the story sounds complete on the outside, but the real thing is still sitting underneath it, waiting.
That instinct matters more now than ever.
I call it Vertical Thinking.
Vertical Thinking is the ability to move beneath the symptom. Beneath the polished story. Beneath the identity, pattern, or old interpretation that created the issue in the first place. It is not just about solving problems faster. It is about reaching the level where real change becomes possible.
That is why this is not just personal development.
It is personal evolution.
And I believe the future will not belong to those with the fastest answers. It will belong to those who know which questions cut deep enough to matter.
For many of you, this is not a new ability. It is a depth you have always had.
What is changing now is that we finally have tools that can meet us there — if we know how to use them well.
That is what today’s session is about.
Today, we go vertical together.
Join us today at 11 AM PST for a live gathering where we will explore what Vertical Thinking looks like as a structured practice — and how to use AI in a way that makes you more you, not more average.

See you in a few hours.
