What if you didn’t have to keep up to stay connected?
This edition is about finding your way into LifeSpider™—from exactly where you are. We have been building an environment that meets you there. You activate your own LifeSpider™, explore at your own pace and on your own timetable, and use AI to help you navigate and uncover more of your own architecture.

Welcome, Wondrous Weirdling,
Something is changing in The Web of Weird.
I want to share what is happening behind the scenes.
For a long time, I've invited you into The Web of Weird. Gatherings. Conversations. Experiments. Events.
I have loved every one of those meetings. I have loved watching Weird Ones find each other, people who see possibilities others miss and who have never been especially interested in fitting into the world as it already exists.
But lately I have noticed something moving in me.
My passion is shifting deeper into The Weird Ones. Closer to what The Web of Weird was always meant to become.
One Door Was Never Enough
My team and I have been rebuilding LifeSpider™.
The philosophy underneath is the same. What has changed is how you can reach it, experience it, and live with it.
The biggest discovery was simple: there cannot be only one way in.
Every human being starts from a different place. Different experiences. Different questions. Different hungers, resources, and speeds. And Weird Ones have never developed along a standardized path. We spiral. We leap. We circle back with new eyes.
So now we are building an environment that meets you where you actually are. You activate your own LifeSpider. You explore at your own pace, on your own timetable. AI helps you navigate. Human coaching is there when you want it. And step by step, you uncover more of your own architecture: your Intentions, your Driving Forces, your Missions, your LifeProjects.
We designed it with every human in mind, not only people fluent in personal development or already at home in the LifeSpider System.
You begin where you are. That is the whole point.
So What Happens to The Web of Weird?
It is evolving.
I no longer believe The Web of Weird needs a constant stream of LinkedIn Events, invitations, and summaries. That rhythm served us well. Now it is time for something more alive and more adaptable.
A Web you can stay connected to without showing up for everything.
A Web where conversations, tools, experiences, developments, and evolutions find you when they are relevant.
A Web you move closer to when your passion says YES, and step back from when life pulls you elsewhere.
No guilt. No pressure to keep up. No single path everyone must walk.
LifeSpider News Becomes Our Thread
This also changes how I reach you.
From now on, LifeSpider News is where everything lands. LifeSpider developments. The Web of Weird, WeirdNavigator™, and LifeCompetencies™. New ways to activate and explore your own LifeSpider™. And the invitations that will start appearing as this ecosystem comes alive.
Our Thursday gatherings continue exactly as before. The only difference is where you find them. Invitations will arrive here, in our newsletter, and nowhere else.
So if you want to stay close to what we are creating, this is the thread to hold.
Something Else Is Waking Up
As all of this has unfolded, another signal has grown louder and louder.
I want to teach again.
More precisely: I want to educate LifeSpider Coaches.
I am looking for people with the desire, intelligence, curiosity, weirdness, and capability to understand LifeSpider from the inside and eventually carry it into the world.
This does not mean everyone in The Web of Weird should become a coach. Absolutely not. The new LifeSpider Matrix exists so everyone has a place.
But some of you will feel a stronger pull. You will want the architecture. You will want to coach, to contribute, to help other people activate their LifeSpider and meet who they really are.
I want to find you.
Perhaps that is you. Perhaps it isn't. Both are exactly right.
In this Web, nobody decides for you what you should become. You discover your own place in it.
Underneath It All
Beneath every change, nothing has changed.
At the center of my own LifeSpider, one Essence still sits: HUMANIZE HUMANITY.
It is why we build technology that serves the human instead of replacing the human. It is why AI and human coaching walk together here. It is why LifeSpider adapts to the individual rather than asking the individual to shrink into a system.
As AI accelerates, the world will need more people who know their own architecture, people who can navigate from the inside instead of being steered from the outside. The Weird Ones have been building that inner architecture for decades, often without a name for it.
We never needed another place telling us how to be.
We need places where we can discover more of what we already are.
That is what we are building now.
Stay close. Things are moving.
Curious about what coaching becomes in the hands of a Weird One?
I wrote about it here: "The Power of The Weird Ones in Coaching"
NEXT WEIRD EVENT Today!
Thursday, October 8, at 11:00

A Reminder: Our New Weird Events Structure
First Thursday — Pioneering & Innovation (hosted by me)
A space for the Polymaths of the Weird Ones—the ones carrying ideas not yet invented, products not yet built, and thoughts the world hasn’t caught up to. No matter the field or the form, if you have—or have ever had—something in you that isn’t out there yet, this is the room to bring it into.
Second Thursday — A Safe Space for the Neurodivergent (hosted by Jeffrey J. Delwiche, M.S.)
Jeffrey is a neurodivergent advocate, holding a space where the conversation flows freely—carried by positive energy, empathy, and encouragement.
Third Thursday — Time Off / Spontaneous Broadcasts
An open week. Sometimes rest, sometimes a spontaneous broadcast about what we’ve caught in the Web.
Last Thursday — Bragging Time. (Hosted by me and Jeff)
A judgment-free gathering where we practice to share our wins, get seen, and amplify our power and celebrate real progress.
Follow what feels alive. Come closer when you want to. We’ll be here.

With LifeSpider Love
